Developed by the Yang Si corporation in the Sagittarius Arm around the year 2692, the narcotic Crystal Blue was a surgar-like substance with a distinct blue coloring that, within minutes upon ingestion, causes hallucinations within a user.

While the hallucinations exist regardless of the dosage, Crystal Blue is most popular for the secondary effect which increases depending on quantity consumption; namely, namely increase in time perception. The more ingested, the slower time seems to move around the user.

Over time, the body becomes dependant on Crystal Blue. In many cases, the hallucinations caused by the drug remain for extended periods after the drug has left the system. Other side effects include a users inability to consistently perceive time without Crystal Blue in their system. Finally, the more a user partakes in the drug, the more tolerant the body becomes, requiring more and more of the drug to maintain normality.
